Mobile App Troubleshooting

To correct an issue with any mobile app, please view the following


  1. Confirm that other functions are working, such as texting, the internet on the device. 
  2. Be sure the mobile phone has the latest software version updated.
  3. Restart by turning the phone off, giving it a count of 5 before turning it back on again.
  4. Attempt to use app again.
  5. If the issue continues, then uninstall the app.
  6. Restart the device.
  7. Reinstall the app.


TIP: Be sure browsers and apps are up to date on your device.  Android users should check the app Android WebView, and ensure it is up to date as well.
