CUSTOMERS: All necessary documentation is sent to your organization's designated contact along with your initial credentials. However, if you need to retrieve the authentication workflow document, a list of FAQs, and more, please log into www.comergence.com and visit the Academy "Resources" page.
NOTE: Optimal Blue provides free support on any technical issues (for example, 5xx errors or API calls not working correctly ). We do not provide non-technical support (for example, help with token authentication or how to use the API with other systems). The documentation available on the Digital Marketplace and above covers all non technical questions.
