On www.comergence.com, enter your email address and select 'continue', then select the 'Forgot Password' option and re-enter your email and select 'continue'. You'll then click 'Send Verification Code'. An email will be sent to you with a verification code. If the email you entered does not exist in the system, you will get an error that the specified credentials could not be found.
If you do not receive the emails in your general inbox, please check your junk/spam folders. All credential emails come from Microsoft on behalf of Comergence <msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com> for all users.
Comergence can guarantee emails are being sent, but because of different email servers and service settings, we cannot guarantee they are received. In some cases users may need the help of their IT or Email Administrator to help ensure delivery.
If you get your code but are still unable to get into the site, please be sure you are using the email on file for your account to login. You may also try clearing your browser cache and try again.

This would be the same process for resetting your password to so to reset password, use 'forgot password'.
