Forgot Password

Please use the 'Forgot Password' option on www.comergence.com and enter your email, then click 'Send Verification Code'. An email will be sent to you with a verification code. If the email does not exist you will get an error that user could not be found.   


If
 you do not receive the emails in your general inbox, please check your junk/spam folders. All credential emails come from Microsoft on behalf of Comergence <msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com> for all users.

Comergence can guarantee emails are being sent, but because of different email servers and service settings, we cannot guarantee they are received. In some cases users may need the help of their IT or Email Administrator to help ensure delivery.


If you get your code but are still unable to get into the site, please be sure you are using the email on file for your account to login. You may also try clearing your browser cache and try again.

This would be the same process for resetting your password to so to reset password, use 'forgot password'.


If you still require assistance, use the 'Contact Us' option on the help portal to send us an immediate message detailing your attempts. A representative will be assigned and will contact you in a timely manner.
