On www.comergence.com, select the 'Forgot Password' and enter your email then click 'Send Verification Code'. An email will be sent to you with a verification code. If the email does not exist you will get an error that user could not be found.
When entering your credentials to login, be sure to type in your password and Email. Copying and pasting may cause errors.
If the email is not received in your inbox, but you know the email is the correct one on file, check your junk/spam folders for the email.
