I clicked 'Forgot Password' and entered my email address, but I did not receive an email, how come?

If you haven't already done so, please check to make sure you clicked the button to 'Send Verification Code'. You can also click the 'Send New Code' option. If you've done this and still do not see the email in your inbox, check the spam/junk folder in your email.

Comergence can guarantee login credential emails are sent, but because of different email servers and service settings, we cannot guarantee they are received.
